Time is changing very fast and so is the approach of reaching to the people. The vision of Manomav is a noble one however an incomplete one too if it doesn’t reach to the customer who are looking for such change in construction industry. Abhinav Bhardwaj and Antriksh Tawar has joined hands with Akshar to innovate the marketing space of Manomav Engineers. Manomav is now building a culture based on value and developing strategies to connect with customers having similar value systems.

Management is going to roll out multiple channels for reaching the right customer who wants better construction monitoring. Customer’s Success is Success of Manomav

Manomav has seen a growth in last 2 years which has transformed the work culture of Manomav. This work culture has also impacted the customers in recent past which enables Manomav to expand their services to more number of customers. With this change, it becomes imperative to represent the customer’s opinion in the transformed way of working of Manomav. 

It has been decided by the management that Customer’s Success Manager (CSM) shall be a new position in Manomav who shall represent the customer’s opinion and will give seamless experience to the customers. CSM shall be a full time responsibility who will ensure that information reaches to the customers in the fastest possible way. In first phase, CSM shall ensure that customers are aware about the vendor invoice certification on their project. 

Soon, the role of CSM shall be rolled out to provide information about the procurement, drawings requirement, mobilization / demobilization of resources, presence of engineers on site, ledgers reconciliation of customers, contract expiry and payment facilitation. Management of Manomav is happy to have customer’s direct representation in the company. 

Abhinav Bhardwaj, Director – Manomav feels it is a very promising step however alignment of customers towards CSM will be challenging for few of the customers. We hope our customers will appreciate the effort and CSM will ensure to improve the customer satisfaction to the next level. 

Manomav Sales team ventured into Business Networking International (BNI)

Manomav is creating its space in construction industry by solving the monitoring problems on construction projects. To spread this word more in the industry Manomav Sales team has joined the networking opportunities offered by BNI. Antriksh Tawar – Director, Manomav has joined BNI for representation and network with like minded people. 

Antriksh has belief that this will help Manomav to generate more opportunities to share the benefits of having better monitoring on construction projects. Earlier, Manomav has spent few year with BNI in experimentation and found it as possible opportunity where they can demonstrate the benefits to the world.  

Google Hangout with Board of International relations and Alumni Affairs Civil Graduates

India is witnessing developing phase of a country and Infrastructure is the basic requirement for making it success. Across India, aspiring Civil Engineers are graduating to make a better liveable country. There are few institutes who take an extra mile and try to associate with Industry to bridge the gap of academics and industry. Board of International relations and Alumni Affairs institutes is one among the leaders of civil engineering graduation, they have an initiative to bridge this gap.  

Civil Engineer  Mr.Divyansh Bansal from Board of International relations and Alumni Affairs has approached Manomav to discuss the Industry Scenario of half an hour long Google Hangout sessions. Students has asked various questions regarding the industry and various job opportunity which sector offers. Abhinav Bhardwaj, Director – Manomav Engineers has shared his friend opinion with students over the call.  

During this hangout call with Board of International relations and Alumni Affairs students on 13/9/2019, Abhinav shared that clear demarcation of roles as Architect, Consultant and Contractor should be basic understanding to all the students. He has shared that academic knowledge is useful in consultant or designing role specifically in civil engineering. He has highlighted that the trend of Computer Engineering Career is totally different from the career of Civil Engineer which even is different at the output level which they produce. He talked about inter disciplinary opportunity of Computer Engineering into domain of Civil Engineering like Building Information Software; and application of Civil Engineering for Computer Engineering like building Datacentre. 

It was really an interactive session where Manomav learnt about the ambition of future of Nation and Students learnt the perspective of Industry. Abhinav also shared about his initiative of Manomav Academy (http://academy.manomav.com) where company offer free education to future civil engineers in field of Construction Management. The call got concluded with huge appreciation from students and thanking words from Manomav founder. 

PubG in Construction Management

27th July 2019, Ghaziabad. PubG is a new sensation which has gone to the extent where people are playing it in offices, school and other similar professional location. Manomav has embraced this trend in their company and conducted a competition for PubG which aims at “Winner Winner Chicken Dinner”

Manomav is currently working as Project Management Consultant and BIM Consultant in more than 25 locations. Team Members from these locations have joined the PubG game to have fun together. Four teams were formulated 1) Team Killer Whales: Kundan (Leader), Deepak, Manoj, Madhuri; 2) Team Immortal Warriors: Swati (Leader), Antriksh, Akbar; 3) Team Alpha Warrior: Kuldeep (Leader), Rajat, Jitendra; 4) Team Avenger: Anurag (Leader), Imtiyaz, Murari, Ramvilas

With few last minutes adjustment PubG started with first round of competition between Team Killer Whales v/s Team Avengers and Team Immortal Warriors v/s Team Alpha Warrior. Team Immortal Warriors and Team Avengers won their league matched and contested for final on same day.

It is really high-on energy where people are play pubG in offices and giving their best to win it. Swati Gupta and Rambilas were the surprise leaders of game who have performed exceptionally well in leagues. Final was tough one where Rambilas has taken up the lead and brought Team Avengers to the victory position. Rambilas was declared as winner and Swati as runner up.

Antriksh Tawar – Director, Manomav has played a role in making this event to be successfully. He shared that “people were anyways playing pubG so we used this environment for building a greater team bonding and developing a competitive zeal in the company”.

This was a radical thought to have PubG Tournament in Offical Environment however it went well and got appreciation from all. Winners were awarded gifts by Saumya Tiwari – HR, Manomav at the end of the event.
