Manomav is creating its space in construction industry by solving the monitoring problems on construction projects. To spread this word more in the industry Manomav Sales team has joined the networking opportunities offered by BNI. Antriksh Tawar – Director, Manomav has joined BNI for representation and network with like minded people. 

Antriksh has belief that this will help Manomav to generate more opportunities to share the benefits of having better monitoring on construction projects. Earlier, Manomav has spent few year with BNI in experimentation and found it as possible opportunity where they can demonstrate the benefits to the world.  

Google Hangout with Board of International relations and Alumni Affairs Civil Graduates

India is witnessing developing phase of a country and Infrastructure is the basic requirement for making it success. Across India, aspiring Civil Engineers are graduating to make a better liveable country. There are few institutes who take an extra mile and try to associate with Industry to bridge the gap of academics and industry. Board of International relations and Alumni Affairs institutes is one among the leaders of civil engineering graduation, they have an initiative to bridge this gap.  

Civil Engineer  Mr.Divyansh Bansal from Board of International relations and Alumni Affairs has approached Manomav to discuss the Industry Scenario of half an hour long Google Hangout sessions. Students has asked various questions regarding the industry and various job opportunity which sector offers. Abhinav Bhardwaj, Director – Manomav Engineers has shared his friend opinion with students over the call.  

During this hangout call with Board of International relations and Alumni Affairs students on 13/9/2019, Abhinav shared that clear demarcation of roles as Architect, Consultant and Contractor should be basic understanding to all the students. He has shared that academic knowledge is useful in consultant or designing role specifically in civil engineering. He has highlighted that the trend of Computer Engineering Career is totally different from the career of Civil Engineer which even is different at the output level which they produce. He talked about inter disciplinary opportunity of Computer Engineering into domain of Civil Engineering like Building Information Software; and application of Civil Engineering for Computer Engineering like building Datacentre. 

It was really an interactive session where Manomav learnt about the ambition of future of Nation and Students learnt the perspective of Industry. Abhinav also shared about his initiative of Manomav Academy (http://academy.manomav.com) where company offer free education to future civil engineers in field of Construction Management. The call got concluded with huge appreciation from students and thanking words from Manomav founder.
