It has always been difficult to monitor small scale project accurately. Manomav Engineers have come up with a solution to this with ’Micro PMC’ system to monitor small scale projects budgeted under 15 Crore from the initiation phase of the project to its handing over to the Client.

Micro PMC is developed in such a way that the construction activities can be monitored at the micro level of a project for each floor. It ensures none of the activities or issues related to project remains untracked and unattended. It is built on the idea of Artificial Intelligence where the system tells us to perform a task and plan our action items. This is intelligent follow-up System.

We have been serving various geographical areas including Delhi, Gurugram, Pune, Ahmedabad, Sikar, Lucknow and other parts of the country. With this kind of diversification Manomav has planned to operationalize the management of projects by establishing a Project Management Office (PMO). Members of PMO are highly energetic and keen to play vital role in new generation of Project Management.

Manomav has implemented the strategy of managing the projects using the strategy of controlling them using Projects, Program and Portfolio Management. Currently, PMO will be actively engaged in Building Portfolio of Manomav, where the below two leading programs will shape the organization:

  2. Institutionalize the Project Management Practices with PMO Support for building projects above 15 Crore

Abhinav Bhardwaj, Director – Growth, shared that the recent introduction of weekly executive call has developed accountability of key team members and focuses on KRA improvements. He believes, that now with Manomav 2.0 the establishment of strong PMO with integrated support will improve the quality of monitoring. The best part of this program is to even develop monitoring guidelines for front end staff with a concept of Package Manager, Document Controller and Assistant Project Manager. He further added, that with the new energy flow in the changed system, Manomav employees will be equipped with more trainings and better skills to strengthen the skillsets of each one.

Technology is integrating with Humans for bringing their best and Manomav is leading this change in Construction Industry. Manomav is evolving its operational process by building Manomav 2.0 for its Customers, Employees and other Stakeholders. Manomav 2.0 is a combination of strengthening Site Monitoring Teams with a) strong office support and b) Self Intelligent Tools based on Cloud Data.

 

We are using an Intelligent layer of Follow Up System which considers various possible scenarios of activity and suggest actions to the users. The best part of Intelligent Follow up system is its change in output based on current date. Intelligent Follow up System is playing significant roles in various processes implementation of Manomav 2.0 including tracking of Drawings, Site issues, Procurement Related Activities, and Payment. It will strengthen end level supervisors to become self-sufficient without follow up.

 

The logic of Intelligent Follow up system increases the value of data in spreadsheets by transforming it as a gentle reminder system. It prompts you with an alarm, in case of any incomplete or delayed task and asks you to log a reason behind the delay and incompletions as well. Clean & Green construction technology with cold form steel By Sanjay Chhabra

25th February 2019, Evening, Manomav Engineers Conducted their 12th Pratham meet where Construction Professionals and Manomav Engineers talked about Construction Monitoring and Technology at The Entrepreneurship School Phase-1 Gurugram, continuing the vibe from the last meeting. In this Meeting, our Guest of Honor, Mr. Sanjay Chhabra, who is also an ex-L&T, joined us and shared his experience on Clean & Green construction technology with cold form steel and how he is adding value to it to increase construction standards in India.

The meet kicked off with a great networking session between the guest of the day and Manomav Engineers over high tea and snacks.

Clean & Green construction technology with cold form steel By Sanjay Chabra 

Mr Sanjay Chhabra, opened up the conversation with a brief introduction to the conventional type of construction with building material used in it. In his presentation, he covered the advantages of using cold form steel for construction over the conventional construction method of RCC Buildings.

 

He showed a video explaining that how steel construction is carried out with less labour and time than the RCC Construction. He concluded his presentation with an impressive list of projects constructed with cold form steel in India and abroad. A Q&A session followed by that proved to be extremely informative for our engineers. .

 

It was now time to welcome future leaders of Manomav to come in front and share how they are adding value to this Platform and construction.

Project Management Consultancy By Deepak Kumar

Mr. Deepak Kumar, senior engineer of Manomav was the first speaker of the day. He presented about how effective can a PMC company like Manomav be to complete a project in desired cost, time and scope with best quality by managing all the resources and processes developed in-house.

Geopolymer Concrete   : Our Second Speaker of the day, Mr. Mohammad Akbar, who is a BBS Engineer at Manomav, shared his thoughts on Geopolymer concrete which is an innovative, eco-friendly construction material. In his presentation, he covered the advantage of using GPC Concrete over OPC.

 

The session of Community Building of Pratham meet#12 was concluded with guest felicitation and group photograph.

 

The meet concluded with the leadership development session. Through LinkedIn Review, Mr. Akbar was elected as the best presenter of the Day and Mr. Anurag Tripathi as the best evaluator.
