The project was in a critical stage during its construction when Manomav Engineers helped on Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Closing on Architectural, Structural and MEP Scope of work.  This 20+ crore worth project of 5 storey and 2 basement was strategically completed and inaugurated by Hon’ble Chief Minister of Haryana Sh. Manohar Lal Khattar.

Automated Bar Bending Schedule from Drawings

Technology is transforming the Engineering and Execution capability of construction industry. Recent Softwares like Tekla, RC CAD, Autodesk Revit has changed the way engineering works in construction industry. Manomav Engineers has adapted this change by facilitating its adaption to construction stakeholders. 

Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule is basic requirement for the  reinforcement works. For bigger projects, this becomes an exclusive task where Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) Team also contributes to the saving of wastage on reinforcement. Manomav team has developed the capability of executing BBS projects using the Excel Macros and the Automated Softwares like RC CAD which works on Shop Drawings.  

Manomav is a leader of Bar Bending Schedule who has developed more than 1 Lakh MT reinforcement BBS as of date and innovating the way BBS is prepared. Team Manomav see BBS as an opportunity which can add value to overall yard management. Manomav now works with drawings and after drafting the drawings automatically generate the BBS which is easy to reconcile and much useful in saving the wastage of reinforcement for the project. 

With this new capability and strength to execute bigger projects manomav is looking forward to expand business in bar bending schedule or rebar detailing space. Manomav is already working with Larsen & Toubro and Shapoorji & Palloonji like companies on their mega projects.

Customer’s Success is Success of Manomav

Manomav has seen a growth in last 2 years which has transformed the work culture of Manomav. This work culture has also impacted the customers in recent past which enables Manomav to expand their services to more number of customers. With this change, it becomes imperative to represent the customer’s opinion in the transformed way of working of Manomav. 

It has been decided by the management that Customer’s Success Manager (CSM) shall be a new position in Manomav who shall represent the customer’s opinion and will give seamless experience to the customers. CSM shall be a full time responsibility who will ensure that information reaches to the customers in the fastest possible way. In first phase, CSM shall ensure that customers are aware about the vendor invoice certification on their project. 

Soon, the role of CSM shall be rolled out to provide information about the procurement, drawings requirement, mobilization / demobilization of resources, presence of engineers on site, ledgers reconciliation of customers, contract expiry and payment facilitation. Management of Manomav is happy to have customer’s direct representation in the company.

Manomav is creating its space in construction industry by solving the monitoring problems on construction projects. To spread this word more in the industry Manomav Sales team has joined the networking opportunities offered by BNI. Antriksh Tawar – Director, Manomav has joined BNI for representation and network with like minded people. 

Antriksh has belief that this will help Manomav to generate more opportunities to share the benefits of having better monitoring on construction projects.
