Intelligent Follow up System is playing significant roles in various processes implementation of Manomav 2.0 including tracking of Drawings, Site issues, Procurement Related Activities, and Payment. It will strengthen end level supervisors to become self-sufficient without follow up.
The logic of Intelligent Follow up system increases the value of data in spreadsheets by transforming it as a gentle reminder system. It prompts you with an alarm, in case of any incomplete or delayed task and asks you to log a reason behind the delay and incompletions as well. It helps in building the history of completion of tasks and can be useful for analysing the behavior or response of people in the future.
In Current Scenario, it helps in increasing the accountability and management of any assigned task. While it increases the efficiency of an employee. It reduces the other operational risks and decreases the uncertainty of any process, which in turn is beneficial for clients too. It also reduces the undue workload of the project manager to an extent.
The Intelligent Follow up System interacts and follows on various tasks by itself, making Manomavians 2.0 self-sufficient, self-reliant and more alert.
