Recreate Manomav as Professional & Fun-Loving

28th August 2019, Gurugram. Team Manomav is revamping their internal processes and procedure for giving best quality and fast speed services to their customers. In line with with the development of new processes, Manomav has conducted a General Meeting on 28th August 2019 at Krishna Coddle Executive, Gurugram.

General Meeting was led by Abhinav Bhardwaj where he had shared how manomav has evolved since 2012. People who were related to history of manomav came forward and shared their perspective. Akhil Saxena – Director, Manomav has felt Manomav as team who all are sitting in the room. Antriksh Tawar – Director, Manomav has defined Manomav as a Journey where milestones are being achieved. Raj Vikas Singh, Ravikant Kapil, Kuldeep Singh and Amanat Hassan also shared their perspective regarding manomav which gives ample amount of opportunity to the team members.

With presence of more than 40 members of Team Manomav all have created the vision of Manomav to works towards building it as 750 Crore Turnover Organization. Even members have tried to align their personal goals with the company’s growth. Brainstorming and idea of 40+members has also recreated and defined the new culture of Manomav Engineers which shall evolve as “Professional and Fun-Loving Company” in coming years.

Together every has tried to identified the key problem in organization which needs to be immediately resolved for solving all the bigger issues of manomav and answer came to redevelop the system which requires a change as per the current growth & future growth of organization.

Chief Guest Mr. Amit Kumar had also graced the occasion and shared his observation regarding the complete session. He has also shared his experience with manomav where it has impacted his personal life in Vasundhara. He shared how manomav’s first office got established when they got their second paid assignment after chandigarh airport.

It was 3 hour long session which people have enjoyed and committed to recreate Manomav. Everyone agreed to provide ample amount of time to Mr. Akhil Saxena who might play a pivotal role in developing and recreating a new Manomav with new Culture of being Professional & Fun Loving

Manomav featured in nerve of steel construction – SSMB.in

Manomav Engineers is again featured in news and this time it is showing its strength which is as tough as Steel Structures. Recently, Steel Structures and Metal Buildings (SSMB.in) which focuses on nerve of steel construction has published it anniversary issue in which they have captured the Best Steel Structures across the globe and covered the work of Manomav.

Akhil Saxena, Director – Operations of Manomav Engineers Private Limited is covered for one of the project completed by Manomav at Gurugram, Haryana. Name of the Project is Vega School which is in Sector-48 of Gurgaon and is based on an open classroom concept where knowledge of concept is as important as their application in the real world. The School focuses on building a community of learners who are driven by curiosity and passion rather than fear and habit. It is the only school Global School Alliance in India. The School is equipped with PM 10 and PM 2.5 Air Purification Systems to control the air pollutants in the learning Spaces. The levels of CO2 are Monitored inside the building.

Vega School is a beautiful Circular building with 2 basements, Ground +5 Floors Buildings, a cafeteria and library at the Ground  Floor. The most Challenging Part of the Structure was the Steel beam at 4th Floor Level a roof above the multipurpose hall. Problems are Solved by Good Design, the  beam to Support Facade at 4th Floor was made Possible because of the Technology of Steel Structure Design.

This is one of the featured project of Manomav which was completed in challenging timeline by close coordination of procurement, design and contractors. Manomav is building its strong presence in area of Structural Steel buildings since its inception.

Importance of Vastu in Construction Industry by Ridhi Bahl

On 24th April 2019, Manomav Engineers conducted their 14th Pratham meet where Construction Professionals and Manomav Engineers talked about Construction Monitoring and Technology at The Entrepreneurship School Phase-1 Gurugram. In continuation of the vibe from the last meeting, we called Miss Ridhi Bahl, as a Guest of Honor, who is a celebrity astrologer and Vaastu consultant. She holds a degree of Acharya in astrology and Vaastu and has pursued research on many topics related to astrology. She enlightend us with the use of Vaastu in modern construction and broke the myths of Vaastu.

Mr. Vanshaj Raj Bahal, host of the day kicked off the meeting with a brief introduction of the core committee of Pratham. Mr. Antriksh Tawar President for the Pratham Meet who addressed the members present in the room gave a brief introduction of Pratham which is an initiative of Manomav Engineers. Mr. Shyamal Sarkar & Mr. Kundan were selected as the Time Keeper and Sargant of the day respectively.

Our second speaker of the day, Mr. Harshit Mishra who is a billing engineer in Manomav Engineers, gave a detailed presentation regarding quantity surveying. He described about the implementations of quantity surveying and how we use it to determine costing of construction projects. He described how does quantity surveying play a vital role in construction industry.

The Guest of Honor for the Day Miss. Ridhi Bahl, started with brief introduction of herself and her family. She is the great-grand daughter of India’s renowned astrologer Pt Madhu Sudan Ojha, who was also the counselor to Raja Madho Singh Ji, the king of Jaipur. Continuing her family legacy, she got into astrology from a very young age and is well known as one of India’s leading astrologer and associate with organization Like FICCI, CII Radio FM and many more Platforms.

She gave brief knowledge of Vaastu to let everyone understand about it. Vaastu basically is made up of 5 elements which are present in our nature, also known as “Panchtatva”. This means her solutions doesn’t really include usage of stone and gems. She shared her experience on how she managed to correlate her Vaastu with modern architectural and structural designs with no major changes in design. She also stated relation of Vaastu with our day to day life and how we can protect ourselves with negative energies of a person.

This session of Community Building of Pratham meet#14 was concluded with guest felicitation and group photograph with the guest.

It was time for third session of leadership development in which leaders of Manomav evaluate the presentation given by the two leaders of Manomav and vote for the best presenter and evaluator of the day and a LinkedIn Review of the leaders of Manomav this time went to Mr. Vanshaj Raj Bahal.

Mr. Kapil Bisht was elected as the Best Presenter of the Day and Mr. Akhil Saxena as the Best Evaluator.

MICRO PMC

It has always been difficult to monitor small scale project accurately. Manomav Engineers have come up with a solution to this with ’Micro PMC’ system to monitor small scale projects budgeted under 15 Crore from the initiation phase of the project to its handing over to the Client.

Micro PMC is developed in such a way that the construction activities can be monitored at the micro level of a project for each floor. It ensures none of the activities or issues related to project remains untracked and unattended. Building Scalability in Operations with Project Management Office

We have been serving various geographical areas including Delhi, Gurugram, Pune, Ahmedabad, Sikar, Lucknow and other parts of the country. With this kind of diversification Manomav has planned to operationalize the management of projects by establishing a Project Management Office (PMO). Members of PMO are highly energetic and keen to play vital role in new generation of Project Management.

Manomav has implemented the strategy of managing the projects using the strategy of controlling them using Projects, Program and Portfolio Management. Currently, PMO will be actively engaged in Building Portfolio of Manomav, where the below two leading programs will shape the organization:

  1. Implementation of MicroPMC to bring Scalability in monitoring of building projects below 15 Crore.
  2. Institutionalize the Project Management Practices with PMO Support for building projects above 15 Crore

Abhinav Bhardwaj, Director – Growth, shared that the recent introduction of weekly executive call has developed accountability of key team members and focuses on KRA improvements. He believes, that now with Manomav 2.0 the establishment of strong PMO with integrated support will improve the quality of monitoring. The best part of this program is to even develop monitoring guidelines for front end staff with a concept of Package Manager, Document Controller and Assistant Project Manager. He further added, that with the new energy flow in the changed system, Manomav employees will be equipped with more trainings and better skills to strengthen the skillsets of each one.
